About the Role
Join Graham Capital, the dynamic project development and financing arm of Graham. We're seeking an Associate Director to play a pivotal role in our team. You'll work closely with our Director of Development and Director of Finance, contributing to our key goal: securing and delivering profitable, low-risk projects in collaboration with Graham's Infrastructure and Buildings divisions, utilizing a variety of Public Private Partnership and structured project financing models. Your role involves formulating strategies to provide differentiate services to target asset classes, identifying potential projects in our target markets, strategizing pursuits, leading competitive proposals, and winning work for our team to deliver. You will have overall accountability for leading our team to success on projects that we are awarded, actively managing technical, commercial, and financial requirements to ensure that the objectives of our clients are met and that our profitability targets are achieved.
Your experience in the construction industry (10+ years preferred), excellent communication skills, and networking prowess make you an ideal fit.
