A Day in the Life
- Installation of Hot Rubber, Torch on Membrane, Urethan Coating Systems, and Blindside Waterproofing Systems
- Have a strong understanding of waterproofing systems, above and below grade
- Experience with application methods including torch applied, hot applied (hot rubber), as well as a good understanding of commercial roofing installation
What We Are Seeking
- 2+ years' waterproofing experience
- Candidate must be comfortable working in and around open excavations and at heights both above and below grade
- Experience with hot rubber and SBS liquid application
- Experience with various other flat roofing systems (considered an asset)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Ability to work and communicate with others
- Ability to instruct apprentices and new workers
- Ability to work at heights
