Reporting to the ATP Supervisor, the Manufacturing Coordinator - Manufacturing (Wellhead) will assist Production Control/Manufacturing with the flow of work orders through Manufacturing.

Key Position Functions:

  • Maintain all paperwork associated with work orders including the physical movement of material to required areas (i.e. warehouse, finished goods inventory, or manufacturing departments)
  • Coordinate production order flow through Plant via:
    • Planning with Shop Floor Supervisors
    • Creation of delivery schedule minutes and meetings
    • Direct discussions with Edmonton Inside Sales and International Sales groups
  • In conjunction with Purchasing, coordinate all materials and deliveries for production orders
  • Ensure products have been properly identified and they have gone through required process complete with required documentation and records
  • Schedule work through the ATP department (assembling, testing, and painting) as required
  • Process paper and computer work for finished goods, as required
  • Complete the closing and processing of all ATP work orders (MIGO)
  • Print labels for finished goods and move to next location in the plant
  • Perform other duties assigned by Supervisor/Production Control
  • Ensure compliance with Stream-Flo Group Guiding Principles in terms of Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental regulations or policies

Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following:

  • High School Diploma
  • Three to five years of related assembly and/or coordinating experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Forklift experience an asset
  • Computer proficiency using ERP systems such as SAP; MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Detail oriented with a high skill of attention to detail
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated and ability to prioritize
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Ability to work with minimal Supervision
  • Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
