Day in the Life
- Schedule & manage crews on site
- Monitor, approve and track labor hours
- Assist in the hiring and mentoring of field employees
- Ensure crews meet or exceed safety plan
- Ensure all site paperwork is up to date, including safety, field reports, etc.
- Communicate daily with crews, management, subtrades, consultants and GC
- Attend meetings as required including hand off, prestart and other onsite meetings
- Proactively determine equipment needs on site and coordinate their delivery
- Ensure production goals are being achieved while following Flynn's QA/QC program
- Provide overall technical support as required to ensure work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Attend all kick off meetings and review all project related information, including contracts prior to mobilizing on site.
- Responsible for productivity, expediting materials/equipment and the contractual performance of the project
What we are Seeking
- 5+ years' experience working with Architectural Metal Panels
- Good communication (verbal & written)
- Ability to deal with conflict
- Strong leadership skills
- Good listening skills
