Marigold is a design-build joint venture agreement between Colas and Parsons. We are looking to hire a Systems Assurance Manager for Light Rail Transit (LRT) who will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, safety, and reliability of all systems and subsystems within the LRT framework. • Establish performance metrics and benchmarks for evaluating system effectiveness.

Compliance and Regulation:
• Ensure all systems and operations comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices.
• Stay informed about changes in regulations and standards that may impact LRT operations and systems.

Quality Assurance Processes:
• Design, implement, and oversee quality assurance and quality control processes for system components and operational procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess adherence to established protocols and identify areas for improvement.

Risk Management:
• Identify potential risks related to system performance and safety, developing mitigation strategies to address these risks proactively.
• Lead investigations into incidents and system failures to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.

Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with engineering, operations, maintenance, and safety teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration in systems assurance efforts.
• Serve as a liaison with regulatory agencies, contractors, and stakeholders regarding systems assurance matters.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Analyze performance data and incident reports to identify trends, areas of concern, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on systems assurance activities, findings, and recommendations.

Training and Development:
• Develop and deliver training programs to promote systems assurance awareness and best practices among staff.
• Mentor and guide team members in quality assurance and systems management principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Transportation, Safety Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems assurance, quality assurance, or safety management in the transportation industry, preferably in light rail or transit operations.
• Strong knowledge of systems engineering principles, risk management practices, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various teams.
