As a Technical Solutions Specialist here at Honeywell, you will work with existing Service customers, together with our internal teams, including spot, service operations and sales in the ideation of improvements, and then drive to scope, estimate, propose and close modernization and renewal works within our account base.

You will report directly to our Senior Field Service Manager, and you will work out of our Ft. McMurray, AB location onsite.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recommend and implement improvements within our Service base to achieve sales goals
  • Provide value to our Service customers' by engaging in technical discussion leading to plant improvements
  • Directly drive orders growth by idealizing, scoping, estimating, proposing and closing orders
  • Indirectly drive orders growth by working with our Spot and AM teams to support their sales pursuits
  • Support assigned Profit Centers to achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) SSJ and RQ orders and revenue
  • Provide an accurate weekly forecast for orders within Salesforce.Com platform
  • Create and maintain a robust pipeline of pursuits

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Post-Secondary education in a technical field of study
  • 5+ years of technical experience in HVAC, Fire Detection, Security and BAS systems
  • Valid Driver's License.
