This role is for PME Inc./EllisDon Industrial (EllisDon Companies) and will be based in either Fort Saskatchewan or Calgary, AB.

You as a Client Development Coordinator:

  • Participate in the implementation of creative business development strategies.
  • Assist in the execution of area objectives and strategies to support the overall company business development goals
  • Assist the BD team in the development and preparation of marketing materials and presentations, as required.
  • Support the updates of marketing materials including CVs, Project Profiles, etc.
  • Collaborate with other members of the business development team and subject matters experts to prepare materials for internal or external distribution
  • Identify trends or changes in market conditions that could affect project opportunities
  • Work independently and with other members of the business development team to develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

Is this the right role for you?

  • You have one to three years of professional work experience supporting marketing initiatives. Experience in the construction sector would be an asset.
  • You are proactive and take initiative with strong communication and interpersonal skills,
  • You are well-versed with Microsoft Office (specifically Word and PowerPoint)
