Job Description

Think of all the restaurants and food service establishments in Canada.

They all generate food waste and grease that goes down their drains.

Mismanagement of that food waste and grease results in clogged drain lines, bad odours, and costly back-ups for the restaurant, as well as environmental problems for the community.
