Quality Lead Hand - Downhole Manufacturing

Job Summary:

The Lead is responsible for coordinating day-to-day quality activities with efficiency, quality, and safety. The Lead will accomplish this through directing the quality activities, ensuring safe work practices are followed, and will provide guidance to Quality Inspectors and other employees as required.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and coordinate Quality activities (planning, training, inspecting, auditing, NCR/RCA/CAPA communication and actions taking) in and beyond the facility.
• May complete tasks of Quality Inspectors.
• Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Trade certification ticket or applicable training/experience an asset
• Excellent communication, coordination, and management skills.
• Experience or training with measuring equipment, having strong computer and math skills, and mechanical aptitude are considered assets

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:

• JDE, Oracle, Hubble, Bar Tender
• CMM and Measuring/Gauging tools
• Microsoft Office, Solid Works (CAD Software)
• Overhead Crane and Forklift Certificates are preferred.
