Storeroom Clerk, Prince of Wales Hotel

Support our guests experience by tracking inventory, orders, and invoices for all departments of the hotel, including F&B and Housekeeping.

The starting salary for this position is $18.50 per hour.

• Accurately tracks inventory, orders, and invoices for all departments of the hotel, including F&B and Housekeeping
• Works with Head Chef in creating and maintaining an accurate order guide and par stock list for the hotel inventory including F&B, culinary and housekeeping operations
• Organizes storage and thoughtfully orders products to balance costs
• Tracks and ensures all first aid kits are stocked
• Unloads all shipments and checks against manifest to resolve disputes

• Ensures all supplies are stored and organized in accordance Canadian Food Safety rules.
• Assists with culinary operations, cleaning and sanitization as needed.
• Keeps record of potential safety and maintenance issues and communicates details to supervisor
• Assists as needed with set up of rooms for special events, meetings, conferences and banquets
• Assist guests and teammates where needed

• Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties
