We are looking for a Service Desk Technician to join our EcoLogo-certified facility located in Armstrong, British Columbia. With 3 business units on the same site our Armstrong Division safely and sustainably produces energy from our CoGen Facility, and plywood, veneer and lumber products for customers around the world so they can build their homes and their communities.

In this role, you will:
Install & maintain network switches to ensure stable communication across the facility.
Manage on-site servers and virtual machines, including monitoring performance, applying updates, and troubleshooting issues to support operational systems.
Maintain server racks, UPS units, and other critical hardware to ensure uninterrupted power and operation for essential IT systems.
