Lizard Creek Lodge @ Fernie Alpine Resort is looking to fill the position of Building Maintenance Technician.
This is a full-time seasonal position with the opportunity to extend to full-time year-round after 3-months probation. You will be reporting to the Building Maintenance Supervisor.
We are looking for a team player, who takes direction well, but is also able to work alone when needed. Spirit, spark and professionalism are key attributes for a successful candidate.

As part of our team, on any given day you could be:
· Attending to and assessing in-room maintenance requirement
· Reviewing open work orders
· Completing Daily room Inspections
· Carrying out preventative maintenance
· Inspecting mechanical equipment and building systems
· Checking and maintaining parkades and parking lots
· Maintaning the pool and hot tub
· Having a coffee with your team mates
The ideal candidate will have:
· A mechanical aptitude
· A trade or some maintenance experience
· A curious mind
· Be able to take direction well
· Be self-motivated
· A great attitude to life
