You as a Project Manager will be:

  • Set up and maintenance of the project administration, costing, scheduling, and quality, safety and loss control program.
  • Execution, project planning, and resource utilization
  • Provide leadership to promote maximum productivity.
  • Working with multiple Superintendents in your respective roles.
  • Maintain accountability for field costs and forecast costs to complete; and implement cost control procedures within the Project Execution Plan.
  • Ensure jobsite procedures and controls are implemented by all personnel.

Is this the right role for you?

  • 5+ years of experience working as a Project Manager is required.
  • 7-10 years experience in heavy civil earthworks, road building and underground utilities is required.
  • You have a working knowledge of construction scopes and activities, scheduling, project management and contract software
  • You have the ability to confidently mentor and delegate to a large team while developing and maintaining strong client relations
  • Experience with structural piling or concrete work is an asset
  • Capable of travelling between multiple sites.
