We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Team Leader to oversee a team of HR Advisors while providing dedicated HR support to an operational department within an Aluminum Smelter and Power Station Operation. You will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies through an experienced-focused execution of the HR Business Partner’s “People Plan” initiatives, cyclical employee processes, achievement of labour relations objectives, and providing essential support to the site’s operational leaders.

The base salary range for this role is $111,200 – $166,800 CAD in addition to allowances, bonus, equity, health or retirement benefits, and any other discretionary benefits offered at Rio Tinto. Our base salary ranges are based on role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by the skills, experience, and impact you bring to the role.
