This is a full-time, permanent position, with an excellent benefits package, and room for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment to ensure safety and quality standards.
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on various machinery components, such as cleaning, lubricating, adjusting or rebuilding hydraulics, pumps, pneumatic valves and seals.
  • Engage in manufacturing support activities, including setup, installation, and maintenance of production equipment.
  • Design and program electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical control systems.
  • Experience and Knowledge in mechatronics, troubleshooting, PLC controls and corrective/preventive work orders.
  • Install, repair, calibrate, and maintain systems and equipment as needed.
  • Adhere to Preventative Maintenance schedules.
  • Conduct equipment adjustments and changeovers as required.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
  • Other duties, as assigned.

Knowledge/Experience and Skills:

  • Experience in Glass Industry is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, PLC, and hydraulic systems.
  • Experience rebuilding diaphragm and centrifugal pumps.
  • Proficient troubleshooter of mechanical systems.
  • Capable of independent or team-based maintenance calls.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting low-voltage electrical systems and performing electrical maintenance in an industrial setting.
  • Comfortable working in varied production environments.
  • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
  • Forklift and rigging experience is considered an asset.
