We are looking for a dynamic CNC machinist, able to think outside the box with a continuous improvement mindset.

Key Responsibilities
•Complete Set-up / operation of multiple 4 axis CNC Lathes & Mills in a custom high mix low volume environment. Primary focus on safety performance above everything else including (Ergonomics, PPE, Risk Assessments, and behavior observation)
•Report to the CNC Machine Shop Leader and work under minimal supervision
•Responsible for the final quality of the machined components delivered from the cell.
•Read and interpret drawings, setup sheets and revision changes.
•Clear understanding of Lean Principles (5S / Visual Management / tiered accountability)
•Self-motivated, process driven, and results orientated team player.
•Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
•Proven ability to work unsupervised and be able to make good high-production and customer-focused decisions daily.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
•Must be currently pursuing a Machinist red seal accreditation or CNC technical diploma
•Must graduate in December 2025 or later.
