Leads successful on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex HVAC/BMS/Security equipment and systems without direct supervision. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives in the field to quickly fix and improve the operation and efficiency of the onsite systems. You will advise the customer of repairs and improvements and work with your team to prepare a proposal for your customer for their review. You will train the customer on proper usage, troubleshooting, and basic repair procedures for complex equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect for Quality
  • Install or Repair Work Orders
  • Provide Customer Support
  • Provide recommendations to customer for system improvements and repairs
  • Immunization (including COVID-19 vaccination) as required by the customer and in accordance with the Public Health Act
  • Must be able to obtain Security Clearance.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • High School diploma or equivalent GED.
  • 2 plus years of installing and servicing security system
  • 2 plus years of BMS/HVAC experience
  • Valid driver's license.
