Under the guidance of the Health and Safety Supervisor the Health and Safety Coordinator will play a key role in overseeing and advocating Panorama Mountain Resort's (PMR) Health and Safety Program while also being an active member of the Safety Services Team.

The H&S Coordinator will possess a post-secondary diploma or degree, preferably with a focus on occupational health and safety. A valid driver's license is essential, and applicants must be bondable.
Knowledge of ski area operations is an asset, so is prior experience with occupational health and safety.
The H&S Coordinator will be an administrator that is comfortable writing reports and policy, referring to regulation, and managing data. They will be confident enough to chair meetings and to present in front of groups. They will be flexible (willing to work throughout the week, evening and nights as required) and productive when working independently.
Above all, the successful candidate will be enthusiastic about outdoor recreation and enjoy living in a small town or resort environment.
