Quality Assurance Supervisor

You'll Do:

• Supervision of Laboratory and shipping staff.
• Responsible for the Quality Assurance and Pulp Operations Management System.
• Schedule and document all system auditing activities. Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Assure ongoing compliance with quality regulatory requirements.
• Manage and maintain all quality related documents and POMS documentation.
• Manage monitoring and testing of mill processes to ensure finished product quality.
• Active participation in all mill operational areas that impact product quality.
• Manage CN Rail relations and efficiencies in pulp transport.
• Ensure excellent working relationships between the division and marketing and sales groups.
• Receive, investigate, report on all customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.

You have:

• A post-secondary education in either a technical or sciences field of study.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of computer software and applications
• Good organizational and project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team building skills
• The desire to progress, learn, grow and succeed

Compensation Package:

• The salary range for this position may vary depending on experience, education, and location. The range is between $99,500 to $117,000
• Annual bonus opportunity
• Outstanding benefits package including medical, dental, pension, life insurance, disability, accident insurance, vacation, and holidays
