Summary:

The Supply Chain Staff is to ensure the seamless flow of materials, goods, and information across the company's supply chain. This position will focus on the coordination and optimization of procurement, inventory management, logistics, and supplier relationships. This role requires maintaining strong vendor relationships, negotiating favorable terms, ensuring quality control, and tracking inventory to meet production and business needs efficiently. You are also responsible for developing and monitoring dashboard reports.

What You'll Do:

  • Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs.
  • Manage the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, equipment, and services.
  • Maintain strong supplier relationships and resolve any issues or discrepancies with orders.
  • Monitor stock levels and place purchase orders to ensure adequate inventory is available to meet production and sales demand.
  • Coordinate shipments, manage schedules, and work with logistics partners to ensure timely, cost-efficient delivery.
  • Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning within the various departments and programs.
  • Interpret, evaluate, and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making.
  • Streamline and improve internal and external reporting.
  • Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes.
  • Developing and implementing corporate dashboards using MS Power BI to provide interactive visualizations and business intelligence.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Computer Science;
  • Prior experience using an ERP system, Power BI for inventory management in a manufacturing environment is preferred;
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management principles, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities;
  • Strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environments;
  • Excellent MS Office computer skills - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; Power BI.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong team player with excellent problem and conflict solving skills; resourceful and proactive;
  • Commitment to product quality and delivery deadlines based on cost and time constraints
  • Able to both train and learn from others;
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, positive working attitude;

This is an on-site position, so relocation will be required. Remote work is not supported at this time.
