As the IT Contracts & Licensing Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing all IT-related contracts and licensing agreements to ensure compliance, optimize costs, and support the organization's IT operations. This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders, IT managers, IT teams, and vendors to track the lifecycle of all IT assets and licenses.

Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $80,000 - $97,000 with a 35-hour work week. Your rate of pay will be determined based on your individual qualifications and experience, while considering internal equity.

Why we'll love You:

  • You have at least five years of experience in contract administration, software licensing, or related field
  • You have a bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, or related field
  • You are familiar with IT contract management systems and software license management tools
  • You have excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret IT contracts, complex licensing agreements and financial data
  • You have a strong understanding of IT software licensing models, compliance issues, and contract negotiation
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • You are detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • You are knowledgeable about legal and regulatory requirements related to software licensing and contract management

Once here, you'll:

  • Assist in the administration of IT related contracts throughout their lifecycle, including, reviewing, and processing contract documents
  • Maintain accurate records of software licenses, subscriptions, and usage to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and licensing agreements
  • Liaise with software vendors to assist coordinate contract renewals, resolve disputes, and ensure vendor compliance with contractual obligations
  • Monitor software license usage and conduct periodic audits to identify discrepancies, mitigate risks, and maintain compliance with licensing agreements
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of contracts, licenses, and related information. Prepare reports and analysis on software license usage, expenditures, and compliance status for management review
  • Assist in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and best practices related to IT contract management and software licensing
  • Provide support and guidance to internal stakeholders regarding software licensing policies, compliance issues, and contract-related inquiries
  • Other duties as required
