Westland Insurance Group Ltd. has an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Fleet Services based out of our Surrey, BC Head Office. This is an onsite position with the potential to work a hybrid schedule for the right candidate.

Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $78,400 to $98,000 based on a 35-hour work week. Actual offered salary will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity. In addition to salary, this position offers competitive retention and growth incentives.

As a Manager, Fleet Services, you're a collaborative sales leader with a genuine passion for the client experience and your team members. You're responsible for all our daily office operations. Inspire, guide, and support your team to achieve the goals of our clients, company, and team members, while leveraging your insurance expertise.

• Insurance broker Level 2 license at minimum - working towards CAIB and/or CIP are an asset
• 5+ years of insurance experience AND 2+ years of fleet insurance experience
• Leadership experience strongly preferred
