Position Summary:

Supervises the Logistics Center Coordinator(s) for the assigned region, ensuring best practices in the execution of duties. Focuses on consistently meeting and exceeding Regional goals. Participates in the hiring process, conducts new hire training, and ensures a positive onboarding experience. Sets expectations, monitors performance, and addresses concerns in a timely fashion, in partnership with People & Culture team. Provides opportunities for the team to learn and grow and ensures continuous feedback for improvement. Maintains logistics center standards relative to quality and efficiency.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm PST at our Logistics Center in Surrey, B.C.


Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

  • Supervise the day-to-day responsibilities of the Logistics Center Coordinators for the region.
  • Ensure logistic center processes and procedures are being followed to company standards.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, creating strong morale and spirit throughout your location.
  • Assist in the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training of employees, equipping them with the necessary tools and resources for success.
  • Support the execution of exceptional customer experiences by being hands-on and ready to jump in alongside the team.
  • Address and effectively manage complex and sensitive issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health and safety practices, creating a secure and healthy work environment for all team members and customers.

Qualifications

What You Will Need:

  • High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 4+ years in an operational capacity, preferably within the automotive industry with extensive exposure to vehicles.
  • Supervisory experience desired, preferably for groups of 3+ employees.
  • Excellent technical and computer skills, including G-Suite, CRM, etc
  • Professional level written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented.
  • Ability to integrate with teams, engender trust, and leverage relationships to garner results.
  • Comfortable addressing performance issues and working closely with the People & Culture team on all employee related issues.
  • Ability to compile and analyze data, summarize key points, and make value-add recommendations backed by said data.
  • Ability to professionally address customer escalations resulting in good business outcomes.
  • Self-starter, adaptable to change, with strong problem identification and problem resolution skills.
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed.
  • Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

Working Conditions:

  • When not outdoors, generally, a normal office work environment.
  • May lift 20+ lbs, work in awkward positions and be exposed to loud noises, contaminants, and moving parts.
  • Exposure to all weather elements and harsh temperatures. May require snow clearing.
  • Occasional travel required.
  • Ability to drive both manual and standard shifts.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

At E INC, in the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share our base pay as it is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this full-time position is $50,000.00 - $56,000.00, and this role is eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition, our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
