What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of application security domain knowledge and secure development practices
  • Hands on Threat modeling, security risk assessment experience
  • Experience in automating application security controls
  • Development background will be helpful, as you will need to read & review code & architecture
  • Penetration testing - tools like Burpsuite, Zap, Kali Linux
  • Experience in automating secure DevOps practices for embedding them in CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience in hyperscaler (AWS, GCP, Azure, AliCloud) security requirements a plus
  • Excellent communication and articulation skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter

What You'll Do

  1. Hands-on Threat modeling and security risk assessments, Secure SDL
  2. Driving transparency across management lines on the discovered risks and mitigations
  3. Ensure continued compliance to various regulations like GDPR, FedRamp, ISO27001, SOC2…
  4. Learn state of the art security practices and engage with an experienced team of security experts

SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 98,500 - 212,200 (CAD) CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance. Due to the nature of the role, which involves global interactions with SAP entities, as well as with employees and stakeholders in Canada, functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec.
