About the Role
As a member of our Building Services team, you will play an active role in supporting ongoing projects across the province. Your role will include evaluating the current state of a building's structure and systems to determine maintenance, repair and/or replacement needs. You will further evaluate the performance and integrity of the building envelope, that includes the exterior walls, roofs, windows, doors and foundation and ensure that buildings meet the standards specified in warranties and identify any defects that require attention. You will work in collaboration with other members of the team and make a positive contribution to the successful execution of projects and client's satisfaction. The annual salary range for the position is between $67,000 and $80,000.
