We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Soffits Siding Installers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in construction and installation, particularly in the installation of soffits siding for residential and commercial projects. As a Soffits Siding Installer at New City Contracting, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the aesthetics and functionality of our construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Install soffits siding according to project specifications, manufacturer guidelines, and industry best practices
• Measure and cut siding panels accurately to ensure proper fit and alignment on exterior walls and soffits
• Secure siding panels to structures using appropriate fasteners and installation techniques
• Install trim pieces, such as fascia boards and corner trims, to complete soffits siding installations
• Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades to coordinate siding installation activities and meet project deadlines
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and installation equipment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Soffits Siding Installer or similar construction and installation work
• Knowledge of soffits siding products, installation techniques, and industry standards
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, design drawings, and technical specifications
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision and accuracy
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
