Flynn Group of Companies is currently looking for an Estimator to support our Winnipeg Branch (Office Location - 1390 Spruce Street, Winnipeg MB, R3E 2V7).
A Day in the Life
- Complete take-offs/estimate or assigned projects
- Follow up on multi-scope or single-scope projects
- Attend pre-bid & post-bid meetings
- Complete work orders & prepare material order sheets

What We Are Seeking
- Previous experience in Estimating is preferred
- Knowledge of Bluebeam is preferred
- Ability to read specs and drawings
- Post-secondary education in a Construction program is considered an asset:
- Great communication skills
- General Building Envelope knowledge
- Sales skills
- Background in Building Science
- Basics of AutoCAD
- Architectural Technology
- Construction Management
- Construction Engineering
