Atlas Structural Systems is looking for a Production Supervisor in Fredericton, NB.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and work with their team to assemble wood components into structural panels used in construction projects.
- Ensure the company's safety measures and quality standards are always met.
- Meet or exceed production targets and help maintain equipment upkeep.
- Communicates information and priorities to the team and ensures they have the directions and tools needed to complete their tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a builder or in the construction field.
- Safety mindset with a willing to learn attitude.
- High attention to detail, effective time-management skills, and strong communication skills.
- Capable of lifting at least 50lbs and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer skills are considered an asset.
- Supervisory experience is an asset.
- Mechanical background is considered an asset.
