Carb Driver

As a Carb Driver, you will deliver product safely to our commercial customers. Your goal will be to provide a meaningful and essential service to our Irving Energy customers in a safety focused environment. Your success will depend on your ability to adhere to daily routes, load the vehicle, and deliver the product while maintaining to regulations and procedures.

Your Responsibilities:

• Driving a truck while adhering to regulations and procedures
• Delivering carb cylinders to commercial customers
• Following consistent delivery schedule while also adjusting to customer needs
• Loading truck with carb cylinders while adhering to all safety policies and procedures at loading site/bulk plant
• Completion of daily shift report any required paperwork

Your Skills:

• Ability to lift 35 -50 lbs. on a consistent basis
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Previous experience with dangerous goods is considered an asset
• Basic mathematical skills are necessary as well as attention to detail and strong customer service skills
• Strong safety focus required

Your Experience:

• An active class 5 driver's license is required
• Minimum 2 years driving experience required
• High school diploma or G.E.D. required
