As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for an Inspection/Service Coordinator to assist the inspection sales team in ensuring customer service and administrative tasks related to deficiencies repairs. Among other things, your responsibilities will be to :
- Coordinate the service and inspection projects and contracts;
- Provide administrative or technical support to technicians;
- Schedule, plan, and coordinate visits to customers;
- Set up service agreements on Mozaik;
- Order the material required by technicians;
- Prepare the schedule for technicians;
- Monitor and follow up with material receptions for their projects;
- Coordinate the repair schedule;
- Communicate with customer about the status of the projects;
- Review completion of the projects and profitability;
- Manage timesheets;
- May assist with deficiency quote follow-ups and part only sales processing.
