As an Engineer-in-training, you'll see how we bring good energy to everything we do. Our rotational program provides you with a clear path as you transition from university to building your career. When you join our new graduate program, you will:

  • Complete three, 12-month rotational placements in different areas of our business*
  • Engage in formal learning opportunities.
  • Build connections through networking sessions.
  • Have a mentor to support you every step of the way.
  • At the end of the third year, you'll move into a full-time role that aligns your talents, interests, and experience with our business needs.

*Graduates interested in obtaining their P.Eng. are encouraged to participate in an optional fourth rotation to align with APEGNB's criteria. Each placement is carefully curated to meet P.Eng. requirements and support participants in achieving their official designation.
