As a Field Performance Lead within the day to day Maintenance team you will directly support the safe and efficient execution of maintenance work by working with your team of Field Performance Specialists, our Maintenance Contractors, and members of the Planning and Scheduling team. Your goal will be to achieve high schedule compliance and workforce productivity through collaboration with stakeholders such as Operations, Area Teams, Warehouse personnel, Inspection and Contractors. Your success will rely on exceptional communication skills, ability to make decisions and problem solve, and collaborate with various teams to support our goal of a safe, efficient, and reliable Refinery.

Your Responsibilities:
Steward the safety expectations detailed in our policies and promote safety as a core value every day in everything we do.
Monitor the execution of work as outlined on our Weekly Maintenance Schedule and use your experience to optimize the execution of the work, make decisions to resolve delays and other problems.
Provide updates on critical work.
Work with the Leads of the Planning and Scheduling teams to correct and improve work packages, schedules, and general work processes.
Provide leadership for your team.
Participate in Contractor evaluations.
Your Skills:
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Be able to quickly gather information and make informed decisions that support our goals.
Good working knowledge of Oracle eAM, Gantt based weekly schedules, and Work Orders.
Good working knowledge of local construction unions and jurisdictions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word.
Your Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience in Refinery Maintenance, Construction or Turnaround; preferably in a role that included field execution, scheduling, and contractor management.
Post-secondary education in engineering, technical diploma, or trade certification.
