As a Multimedia Specialist you will contribute to the brand's visual representation by photographing, filming, animating, and editing content for various owned and paid media channels. Your goal will be to contribute to the UX of company-owned websites and platforms. Your success will be measured on throughout digital front-end development and contributions to design and video components.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Gather information during client meetings to inform recommendations and needs for photography, video, web and digital assets
  • Create, edit and produce high-quality, on-brand video assets for media and owned channels
  • Assist with timelines and scheduling of video and photo projects, which includes location scouts, shot lists and talent sourcing
  • Collaborate on storyboards and scripts and process and edit footage and photography
  • Manage and organize source files and assets
  • Working within company brand guidelines
  • Suggest new optimization methods to improve customer experience on the company's websites and platforms
  • Work with the internal Digital and Media teams to maximize website and digital media asset performance through UX and contribute to design and production, as needed, for digital assets including web and media

Your Skills:

  • A high level of competence with Adobe Premier, After Effects and Photoshop
  • A portfolio of work showcasing commercials for television, digital assets, social media videos across multiple platforms; examples of their photography used in print or online marketing; examples of web design
  • Experience with managing projects and working on content for large Facebook and YouTube audiences is a plus, we would look for an individual to not only produce video and photography but also contribute to concept development
  • Must excel and perform in a team-oriented environment; ability to work independently when required
  • Must possess strong visual communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build positive relationships as well as an ability to multi-task

Your Experience:

  • An education background in film or photography and/or a minimum of 5 years of proven videography experience
