As a Reliability Program Analyst , you will be a key member of the Supply, Planning & Trading (SP&T) Asset Integrity team, which includes Maintenance, Inspection and Engineering. This role is a centralized resource, based in Saint John, NB, working closely with all terminals within SP&T located in Eastern Canada and Northeastern United States. Your goal will be to provide direction and support to day-to-day Operations, Maintenance and Capital Projects, ensuring long-term integrity of assets and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver Enterprise Asset Management (eAM) training to SP&T users as required. eAM is the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) used by Irving Oil
Day-to-day collaboration with and support for all users including, but not limited to, Terminal Operations, Projects, Asset Integrity, HSE, external consultants and Document Management
Network with Irving Oil IT Services and other company eAM users to identify and lead the expanded use of eAM that is fit-for-purpose for SP&T
Develop and implement maintenance and reliability reports
Develop and implement maintenance and reliability standards, instructions and procedures to support the use and continuous improvement of eAM, as well as Asset Integrity Programs
Active participant within the Management of Change (MOC) process
Support incident investigations as required
Participate in Pre-Start-up Safety Reviews (PSSR) as required
Participate in Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) as required
Your Skills:

Your Experience:
Post-secondary education in Mechanical Engineering Technologist
2+ years of experience in maintenance and/or asset integrity
