Position Overview:

• You have diverse experience as a planner in both current and long-range planning.

• You will be responsible for developing major projects, processing complex development approvals, and developing and updating key community plans. For example, you will lead Saint John's next Neighbourhood Plan.

Essential Qualifications:

What we need from you:

• Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, and communications skills.

• Ability to build strong working relationships.

• A minimum of five years' relevant experience.

• A university degree in planning or a related discipline, preferably at a graduate level.

• Membership in the Canadian Institute of Planners with Registered Professional Planner (RPP) designation.

• Candidates with reduced experience will be considered at a developmental level.
