If you are looking for a dynamic organization this is the opportunity for you. We are currently recruiting for a Car Wash Technician (or dual focus with Petroleum Service) to join our team in Mount Pearl, NL.

The selected individual will be responsible for traveling to customer locations throughout Newfoundland, to provide installation, maintenance, diagnosis and repair of car wash, chemical dispensers, and related equipment, including coin-operated wash bays, rollovers, and full-sized tunnel car wash systems. Dual focus would include maintenance and servicing petroleum dispensing equipment.

Suitable candidates will meet the following qualifications:

  • Must be mechanically inclined with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Having a strong knowledge of repairing and troubleshooting car wash equipment, and having electrical knowledge and expertise, would be considered assets.
  • Experience with mechanical repair of high-pressure pumps, hydraulics, and compressors would be an asset
  • Previous Mechanical or Electrical Experience including certified tradespeople would be considered an asset
  • High energy, self-motivated and must have a positive attitude
  • Must be able to work independently with little supervision
  • Must be able to excel in team setting when required
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Strong Customer Service Experience with the ability to multi-task
  • Minimum High School Education. Post-secondary education in electronics or equivalent experience would be considered an asset
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driver's abstract
  • Must be willing to travel and be prepared to work on-call (rotation) and overtime
  • Training will be provided
