As part of the Service team, the Service Agent is responsible for managing the electronic and paper documentation of the service order system, including invoicing to both internal and external customers and suppliers. Proactive and detail-oriented, our Service Agents ensure accuracy and efficiency in administrative processes while delivering exceptional customer service. We're looking for a candidate who will bring their experience, positivity, and organizational skills to our team in Wabush, NL.

The salary range for this role is $45,000 - $50,000 per year.

This role follows a 5x2 shift rotation

Key Responsibilities

  • Open service orders electronically, ensuring all relevant information is accurate.
  • Update and close service orders when advised that the work is complete.
  • Enter, code, and track non-union hourly employees' time, including regular and overtime hours.
  • File all paperwork and correspondence related to service orders, invoices, and machine documents.
  • Process invoices in customer systems (e.g., Ariba-SAP) and assist with account reconciliations and reporting.
  • Accurately bill repairs to customers.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have an Office Administration Certificate with 2 years of experience in an administrative role. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Additional qualifications include:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel to update and manage records.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and filing.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of the business.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving skills to address issues as they arise.
  • Experience in Administration, Payroll entry, Customer Interaction and communication
  • Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset.
