Senior Marine Electrical or Mechanical Technologist

If we sound like a team, you'd like to be a part of, and make a difference with, then we'd love to hear from you! We are looking for a qualified Senior Marine Mechanical or Electrical Technologist for our Dartmouth, NS office location.
Responsibilities
- Gather data, analyze system and occupational information, and conduct occupational needs assessments for both the crew of the River Class Destroyers (RCD) as well as organizations ashore impacted by the introduction of the RCD.
- Planning and conducting data collection engagements with stakeholders and workshops as required.
- Conduct iterative updates based on new technical information to existing system-based Needs Assessments for the RCD. This includes reviewing, researching, editing and proof reading.
- Support the development for the crew model of the RCD through the planning and execution of maintenance task analysis, validation of jobs and roles, and administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Technical Diploma, or QL6A/RQ-P02 and higher qualifications, or RQ-LS and higher qualifications.
- 5-8+ years of experience.
