About the role

Working primarily in shipping and receiving and the warehouse the applicant will be involved in all aspects of materials management and logistics including but not limited to:

  • Receiving and inspecting and storing materials
  • Packing and Shipping
  • Cycle Counting
  • Administration and paperwork.

What you bring to the role

  • The materials handling activity physically active and requires some lifting therefore the applicant must be sufficiently able bodied to perform the role
  • The applicant must be literate and numerate and fluent in English
  • The position requires good communication skills both written and verbal
  • A valid driver's licence is required.

Additional skills desired for the role

  • Experience in materials handling, stockroom and inventory control.
  • Computer systems and data entry experience.
  • Experience with SAP Materials Management (MM) or Production Planning (PP)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience in Import\\Export processes is an advantage.
