  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, UX, product, analytics) to develop content that supports user journeys and enhances customer experiences.

Content Creation & Optimization:

  • Write, edit, and optimize content for clarity, consistency, and accessibility.
  • Ensure all content is SEO-friendly, accessible (AODA-compliant), and aligned with UX best practices.
  • Support personalization efforts by working with the Personalization and Optimization team to create content variations for A/B testing, multivariate testing, and content experiments.
  • Use analytics insights and data-driven recommendations to continuously improve content relevance, engagement, and conversion rates.

Project Management & Collaboration:

  • Manage content production timelines, ensuring content is delivered on time and to a high standard of quality.
  • Coordinate with external partners, including design agencies and freelancers, to scale content production as needed.
  • Maintain content calendars and schedules to ensure timely delivery for digital campaigns, product launches, and ongoing updates.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and content management system (CMS) dashboards to track content performance and engagement.
  • Create performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders, offering recommendations for content improvements.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay up to date on digital content trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices.
  • Test new content formats, interactive experiences, and visual storytelling methods to ensure Rogers' content remains fresh, relevant, and impactful.

What you will bring:

  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and work management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to measure and optimize content performance.
  • Experience with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar) to collaborate with UX designers on visual content development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Design, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a digital content designer, content strategist, UX writer, or similar role.
  • Retail & Telecommunications Expertise: Experience in the retail and telecommunications industry is an asset, with an understanding of eCommerce and service journey analytics considered a bonus.
  • Proven ability to create content that is clear, engaging, and on-brand across multiple digital platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and accessibility standards (AODA compliance).
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with a passion for delivering excellent user experiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A creative mindset with a problem-solving approach to content design.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
