Job Summary
The Facilities Planning Assistant supports the efficient functioning of facilities by managing capital projects and coordinating maintenance, repairs, inventory control, while ensuring safety procedures are followed. This role handles day-to-day facility operations, support various departments, maintain records, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with regulations to create a safe and productive work environment. There is a need for technical knowledge of building systems, an organized approach, and excellent people skills to interact effectively with different organizational stakeholders.
