The PRD Coordinator will play a critical role in the day-to-day services provided to production to ensure all resources, overtime and mandatory safety and trades-based training are provided.
This role is responsible for supporting overall training effectiveness through optimizing our Learning & Development systems, maintaining training records for all employees, and compiling reports and metrics.
This individual will be the first point of contact for general learning and development inquiries, overtime concerns (both union and company), resourcing concerns (both union and company), and be responsible for all related registration, information, and coordination.
As the owner of either resource allocation, overtime allocation or training records and scheduling the PRD Coordinator will need to make decisions daily that could have potential collective agreement, compliance, or monetary repercussions.
