A day in the life
· Work closely with project team to coordinate project schedules, materials, and equipment
· Organize and coordinate submittals
· Review and monitor schedules and quality control
· Review all contracts and accepted quotations
· Write up purchase orders
· Prepare material order sheets and review quantity take-offs
· Attend team meetings
· Assist production with preparing prices
· Work with project team to ensure Flynn follows a QA/QC program
What we are seeking
· Recent graduate of a Construction Management or Engineering & Technologies program (or related field), or have a minimum of 1 year of work experience in a construction environment
· Proficiency MS office package. MS Project and Bluebeam experience an asset
· Strong negotiation and communication skills
· Ability to multitask while remaining organized and work in a team environment
· Strong blueprint reading skills
