A Day in the Life
- Communicate with the project team on a daily basis
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal teams, external suppliers and customers
- Take the lead on project kickoffs, hand offs and autopsy meetings with the project team
- Pre-plan the execution of projects and develop schedule with project team
- Responsible for time, cost and overall project performance
What We Are Seeking
- Post-secondary education (e.g. Construction Management, Architectural Technology...) or equivalent experience working in the construction industry
- Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
- Ability to multi-task, delegate, and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to problem solve and prioritize
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
