The Real Property Division of the Department of Public Works provides a variety of services to all the provincial government Departments, Boards, Agencies, and Commissions.
As the Supply Technician, you will be responsible to procure, coordinate, receive, and distribute a variety of goods and services as required by clients of the Inventory & Supply Chain section, primarily purchasing for the mechanical trades team (plumbers, steam fitters and ventilation technicians).
The Primary accountabilities of this role are to ensure an adequately stocked and cost-effective parts and supplies stores room is maintained and kept neat and organized. Aspects of this include:
As the ideal candidate, you will require high school completion plus post‐secondary training related to the position and 5 years of related experience in a buyer position; or an equivalent combination of training and experience may be acceptable.

This role is primarily based in a comfortable office environment, and you may be working at your computer for extended periods of time. Some material handling is required and you may be asked to lift product up to 50 lbs without assistance. You may be required to travel within the province to visit sites or regional offices.
This is a Term employment opportunity with an anticipated end date of September 5th, 2026. The appointment status Term is dependent on the start date of the successful candidate.
Pay Grade: TE 18
Salary Range: $1,864.28 - $2,189.32 Bi-Weekly
