We are looking for a Meter Services Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Field Supervisor you will join a team of dedicated professionals at either our Halifax or Sydney location.
Key elements of this role include:
- Support in field meter reading and support the timely completion of ReadM ‘s
Ensure meter reading skips are proper recorded, trouble codes are entered correctly and worked to completion, and errors are corrected to ensure accurate customer billing
Ensure all required reports are run, daily, weekly and monthly, and exceptions resolved in a timely manner.
Ensure the successful implementation of new processes, and/or procedures, on behalf of the Meter Services Supervisors
Provide daily performance reports that provide accurate and timely feedback to Meter Services Supervisors
Provide support to Billing & Payment Services as required.

To thrive in this role, you recognize yourself in most of the following competencies and skills listed below:
Grade XII education or equivalent
Five years minimum experience in dealing with customer service requests and delivery in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent computer skills including with Field Service, CIS, Maximo, Excel, MS Office software(s)
Strong interpersonal skills, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills for both internal and external customers.
High energy, self-starter who enjoys working in a team environment and can work independently
Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills and demonstrate both flexibility and adaptability
Experience with meter and/or inspection service functions would be considered an asset
