What You’ll Be Doing
Assist in the cost-effective, proper, and timely production of legal survey drawings that include legal survey, topographic, engineering, and construction layout plans
Assist in transforming preliminary concepts and sketches into subdivision, strata, right of way and other legal survey plans using primarily Civil 3D, as well as other technical software as needed
Coordinate project drawings and design models with project managers, land surveyors, and CAD staff
Collaborate with team members to ensure schedules, budgets, and quality control standards are achieved
Conduct Quality Control (QC) verification on drawings/designs
Perform other related duties as required.
What You’ll Bring
Strong desire to learn and grow with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Ability to showcase resourcefulness, ask questions, and build effective working relationships.
Certificate or Diploma in CAD and/or Geomatics and/or from an accredited institution is an asset
Ability to register as an A.Sc.T. or other technical accreditations is an asset
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, knowledge of Civil 3D is an asset
Effective verbal and written communication skills
