Your work environment at EXP

In this role, you will join the Mechanical group, based in our Brampton, ON office reporting to the Senior Project Manager.

What a day at EXP has in store for you

• Performing Building Condition Assessments, Reserve Fund Studies and Capital Planning Services.
• Preparation of condition reports related to the Building Science Components, Exterior Walls, Roofing and other building elements.
• Review and prepare reports and repair/replacement cost estimates.

What your experience looks like

• College diploma, EIT or University graduate in suitable related program with building science background preferred.
• Exposure to building components including: roofs, exterior walls, windows and doorways and/or structural building components will be an asset.
• Experience working for an Ontario based consulting engineering firm is preferred.
• Strong communication skills - written and oral.
• A valid driver's licence with own vehicle and travel throughout Southern Ontario is required.
• Experience dealing with various clients and fostering a positive relationship.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
