Pay rate: $20

What does a Security Guard in Brantford do?

• Ensuring the protection of people, assets, and property

• Monitoring CCTV- Video surveillance

• Conducting preventive surveillance rounds

• Removing trespassers and vagrants

• Providing First Aid when necessary

• Point of contact with authorities and emergency services

• Completing incident reports

Qualifications to become a Security Guard in Brantford

• A valid security guard license and first aid card

• A minimum of 1 year of security experience

• Ontario G Drivers License would be considered an asset

• Valid First Aid and CPR with AED Certificate

• Ability to complete all company and site training including Use of Force

• Strong customer service and de-escalation skills.

• Strong report writing skills.

• A diploma or certificate in police foundations or security would be considered an asset.
