Job Description

Working within a team of fire protection professionals, you will mainly be responsible for assisting the sales team with customer service and inspection, deficiency/service scheduling. You will also be responsible for daily administrative tasks to ensure a timely response to meet deadlines and ensure branch profitability. Among other things, your responsibilities will be to :

  • General office reception. Receive, filter and assign calls as it relates to sprinkler/fire alarm projects, service work or inspections;
  • Coordinate the service and inspection projects and contracts;
  • Provide administrative or technical support to technicians;
  • Schedule, plan, and coordinate visits to customers;
  • Set up service agreements on Mozaik;
  • Prepare the schedule for technicians;
  • Monitor and follow up with material receptions for their projects;
  • Coordinate the repair schedule;
  • Communicate with customer about the status of the projects;
  • Review completion of the projects and profitability;
  • Manage timesheets;
  • Prepare monthly invoicing;
  • May assist with deficiency quote follow-ups and part only sales processing.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5 years of relevant experience;
  • Experience in a construction or fire protection company (an asset);
  • Very good knowledge of Windows software;
  • Excellent English verbal and written skills;
  • Valid driver's license;
  • Strong customer service skills;
  • Ability to efficiently manage time and priorities.
